And Then This Happened

Somebody's got some 'splaining to do…

  • Why was it called 13th Road?

Why was it called 13th Road?

Pretty sure it wasn’t the 13th anything, just a remote place to meet up and party. A great place to go with a couple friends, and a great place to throw a rager knowing nobody was going to crash the party.

  • Welcome Friends!

    Welcome Friends!

OK, so go to that place in your mind where we’re sitting around a fire with a beer in hand and something triggers a memory. Then share it and we can all comment with our takes on the topic.

This is how it all started…

A bunch of military brats moved to Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX, during the mid-70s. We didn’t all arrive at the exact same time, but we did all end up as Ro-Hawks – alumni of the prestigious, world-famous Randolph High School. Most of us played football, all of us drank beer and…well, nevermind. It was Texas in the 70s.

With the poor judgement and raging hormones that being a teenager is all about, we proceeded to have any number of crazy adventures and mis-adventures. High School gave way to college, and college to working life, and yet we still managed to find trouble if it was available to be found.

So here we all are, nearly 50 years later, ready to share some old war stories.
